FB01-15 Fireproof Blanket

INCA Fireproof Blanket FB01-15 is a fire resistant wrap consisting of a ceramic fiber
blanket encapsulated with a scrim-reinforcedfoil. It provides a flexible, non-combustible
enclosure for duct or cable tray. The well thermal insulation of Fireproof Blanket
protects the duct or cable tray when it consumed by fire.

Installation:

1. Use INSS1440 caulk or INSS2460 sealant  or FM011 putty to fill in the vacancy to protect  thecable.
2. Cut the FB01-15 to a length sufficient to wrap completely around the perimeter of  the duct or cable tray,
    plus provide an overlap of 10cm. Use INSS2460 to adhere the overlap portion and AL foil tape is used
    to seal the cut edges of the blanket.
3. Cut the next adjacent wrap of FB01-15 and longitudinal overlap 10cm is required onto
    the previous adjacent wrap.
4. Install banding or tie wire around the FB01- 15 to hold it in place.

Application:

INCA Fireproof Blanket FB01-15 can be easily installed to wrap vent ducts or metal
conduit and cable tray. INCA Fireproof Blanket FB01-15 provides protection
reducing external flame propagation and smoke generation.
